The credit card transaction was run via Shopify. My bank confirmed it was an expected charge and everything went smoothly. These are delivered freight, so you may not be able to track the same as FedEx or UPS. Tracking is done using a bill of lading freight tracking system, and the driver called me on the day of delivery to schedule a drop-off. The dolly was delivered on a pallet and packed very well. All components were zip-tied tight or wrapped in plastic, foam, and carboard. I intend to use the dolly for a boat and an RV which both have different hitch balls sizes. I purchased a 2” ball separately and installed it in the frame for use with the boat (which is the recommended location). The 2-5/8” ball came preinstalled, and I will be using that for the RV. I talked to John at HomeSupplyUSA and he kept me well informed anytime I asked. One of the square pins was missing from the packaging. This was not a HomeSupplyUSA issue. This is on the part of Great Circle US who manufactures. They provided a telephone number that didn’t allow me to leave a message and it took Great Circle US about 3 days to respond to the email that I sent. Hopefully I get a square pin. I have noticed that these operations seem to be small businesses, and there was only onshore US based support. May sure that you call the number to place your order with HomeSupplyUSA.
